I have been playing with the latest beta of SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 10 SP1 and wanted to just let you know how it’s been going.  So far so good.  A few beta-related hiccups, but hey – that’s why we call them betas.

I’m trying this out on my Lenovo T60p laptop which has an Intel dual-core processor with the Intel VT technology.  When you combine that with Xen virtualization (included with SLES 10) you are then able to run Windows in a fully virtualized mode.  Very cool stuff…  The screenshots also give you a glimpse of the new Virtual Machine Manager tool that is part of SP1.
